About this program
Forest Friends introduces everyone to the various ecological processes and elements of nature including plants, wildlife, and water. We will also introduce community science projects and do plenty of art. This class invites everyone to explore and to wonder alongside the facilitator. By regularly connecting to nature, we all begin to form a bond to the land and each other, fostering compassion for our earth and its inhabitants.
Forest Friends includes child-led exploration on various topics that highlight the diversity of our location. We also include plenty of time for free play in every session.
